Return Policy
- Considering the hygiene and the challenging times we are going through; we have a NO RETURN/NO EXCHANGE policy except below two reasons:
- Any item that may have been damaged during shipping will be replaced immediately provided you send us an unboxing video along with the photos.
- Any item that may have been wrongly shipped will be replaced immediately provided you send us an unboxing video along with the photos.
- You may return a product that you’ve purchased from ILA for an exchange or credit note only. We strictly do not provide refunds.
- We accept returns within 7 days from the date of purchase. Any returns beyond this point cannot be accepted by us.
- Our topmost priority is customer’s satisfaction! So please reach out if you’re needing assistance. The contact information is provided in the Contact Us page.
- We take every order very seriously and do check the items carefully for any damage before shipping.
- When all the items are photographed and uploaded to the website, we try to be diligent in making sure that the actual colors are reproduced. However, there could be chances for some variance in the colors displayed in the website versus the actual color because of some external factors.
- Please note that all products which are handcrafted/handpicked can potentially have some minor differences in detailing from the illustration provided in the website.
In order to return your order to ILA you will need to complete the below steps:
- Send us the video and pictures of the item that got damaged (or) the items which are wrongly delivered to the email address ila.estore@gmail.com.
- Once your returns/exchange is approved you are required to send back the products you wish to return. Please note that you will have to bear any courier costs involved in this process.
- Kindly ship the product out within 7 working days of the receipt of the product and please do inform ILA customer care at ila.estore@gmail.com with the tracking number and courier service for the same.
Refund/Exchange Process Duration
While the exchange process could take longer due to sending products back and forth, make sure to inform us within 7 days of the delivery of the product about the exchange with your order number and full name.
Please note that the products sold under sale (or) discount are not valid for any exchanges/returns.
Rejecting Returns
- ILA can refuse an exchange if the product is not received in its original condition or is received damaged or has been found to be used.
- Please ensure the product is in its original condition with the price tags intact. Products will also have to be packaged as per standards when shipped back to ILA for a return/exchange.
Order Cancellation
Items once ordered cannot be cancelled under any circumstances by the customers.
At the same time, ILA can cancel the orders if we find some discrepancies in the order.
